Goat Grabs a Snooze on Farmyard Seesaw

Alex the goat refused to relinquish his favorite seesaw, even while asleep, footage recorded on Tammy Tunison's hobby farm in Oberlin, Ohio, showed. Footage from the farmyard caught Alex resting his head on the seesaw, using it as a makeshift pillow while he took a nap. "Alex just loves his teeter-totter. Not just for the teetering and tottering, but for sleeping on, too," Tunison told Storyful. "Alex was tired after playing with me and his brother Junior. So he walked to his teeter-totter and laid his head on it. He likes to make it go up and down with his head, rubbing his chin on it and feeling it bounce back. This time, while bouncing it, he fell asleep," she said. On August 5, when Tunison said this footage was recorded, Alex showed an extra bit of commitment to his favorite toy. The stubborn goat refused to stand down, even when fellow farm resident, Fire the duck, needed a quick getaway. "While Alex was bouncing his teeter-totter, Bes our Basset Hound was chasing our duck Fire. Fire runs toward Alex looking for an escape route. She stops when she sees Alex standing in her exit route. Seeing no good way out, Fire decides to do the limbo under Alex. The look on Alex's face was priceless! He had the look of complete surprise, his eyes were opened as wide as they could get. I think her feathers tickled his belly," Tunison explained. "My fur children always make me laugh. There is always something funny going on around here," she concluded.
