People take part in a lantern parade to mark 100 years since women first got the vote on February 6, 2018 in Bristol, England. On February 6, 1918, the Representation of People Act was passed which allowed women to vote for the first time in the United Kingdom. 2018 marks 100 years since the Women's suffrage movement won the right to vote, led by Emmeline Pankhurst.
