Brown says he and his wife count Glenn and wife Annie as mentors and friends, that he first met Glenn in 1969 as an Eagle Scout at 16 years old, that Glenn later escorted him down the center aisle of the chamber, that Glenn had a humility and a kindness unusual in politics and somebody of his level of accomplishment and that Glenn will live in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved him.
