The Eurasian blue tit is a small passerine bird in the tit family Paridae. It is very common in many parts of the United Kingdom and Europe.. It is easily recognisable by its blue and yellow plumage. Their choiuce of food include insects and spiders. Outside the breeding season, they also eat seeds and other vegetable-based foods. The birds agility is second to none as they can cling to the outermost branches and hang upside down when looking for food. During the winter,they join up with other tits as they search for food. Their colorful mix of blue, yellow, white and green makes the blue tit one of our most attractive and most recognizable garden visitors.
