She holds up a mousetrap with the right hand and notices the viewer with the left. She is wearing a white cap, pearl earrings, a brown jacket, a white collar, a red straitjacket and a blue apron. To the left against the frame is a gray with blue and red stripes interlaced cloth, under which a gray with blue stoneware can be found.
