Tikrit: Saddam Hussein's Native Town
Tikrit's presidential complex is composed of three reception palaces and several residential and leisure palaces, on a marina next to the Tigris river. Most of it was built during the embargo. the third great palace seems to be Saddam Hussein's former residence. It's already looted, there are no personal items left.
