The 'Red Week' Campaign In Krakow
The facade of the Church of Saints Peter and Paul in Krakow illuminated in red.
The #RedWeek campaign was initiated in 2015 by the international Pontifical Association Aid to the Church in Need (ACN International).
Hundreds of cathedrals, churches, monuments and public buildings are illuminated with red lights in order to raise awareness about the persecution of Christians and the issue of religious freedom, as well as in the spirit of solidarity with the persecuted.
