MAEBASHI, GUNMA PREFECTURE, JAPAN - 2021/06/13: Rinkokaku is a vast Japanese-style wooden building, and an important cultural property, consisting of a main building, annex and a tea room. The main building was built as a guest house in 1897 with the cooperation of the Gunma Prefectural Ordinance. The traditional teahouse was also completed in 1897 by Genbei Imai, a palace carpenter in Kyoto.  The annex is a Shoin-style building built as a guesthouse. There is a flowing garden in the lawn in front of the main building of Rinkokaku -  this Ikezumi strolling Japanese garden integrated with Rinkokaku was annexed to Maebashi Park.
