Mary Kyne suing Jim Davidson
Retired deputy head Mary Kyne, 52, arrives at Norwich County Court to sue veteran comic Jim Davidson. Davidson is facing a damages claim from Newcastle upon Tyne-based Mrs Kyne who injured her back in a fall at a pier complex run by the entertainer. Mrs Kyne claims she suffered the injury after slipping on a patch of wet grass and tripping over uneven concrete at the Wellington Pier complex in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. She was forced to give up work two years after the accident. Mr Davidson was leaseholder of the site in May 1999 when the accident happened but no longer runs the complex.
