(Original Caption) Plane maker Howard Hughes, until recently head of RKO studios, enters court here, as a defendant in a $550,000 suit against the studio by Writer Paul Jerrico. Jerrico, the one time $2000 a week writer, claims the studio failed to give his screen credit for one of his film stories. Hughes said today he burned the book and fired Jerrico before the picture was even started.
