Palestinians Look Forward To The Opening Of Borders

GUSH KATIF, GAZA STRIP - JULY 5, 2005: Palestinian fishermen work on the beach at first light, in the seaside al-Mawasi area, an enclave enclosed by the Jewish Gush Katif settlement block on July 5, 2005 in the Gaza Strip. The Palestinian inhabitants of al-Mawasi who live inside the Gush Katif settlement block have limited access to elsewhere in Gaza as they must go through check points which close each evening at 6pm. There are 7,000 Mawasi Palestinians, an equivalent number to the Jewish settlers of the Gush Katif area.
