MAR 31 1971, APR 7 1971; New Officers Serve North Valley Merchants; Harley Cox, above, manager of the North Valley Montgomery Ward store, is president and Don Shaffer, left, manager of the North Valley Sherwin-Williams store, vice president of the center's merchants association. Cox, who opened the North Valley store, has been with Wards for 24 years,; starting as a salesman and working up to his present position. Shaffer has been with Sherwin-Williams for four years and at North Valley for three.
