Real estate developer Troy Smith and his wife Jen started iBean Coffee last fall after their Arvada coffee shop failed. The company is partnering with ADI and keeping disadvantaged workers busy by bagging coffee that Boy Scouts, marching bands and other groups sell to raise money for their activities.
