Moscow, RUSSIAN FEDERATION: Picture taken 26 November 2005, shows a large orange banner on a bridge besides the Kremlin, taking a sarcastic swipe at the party that supports President Vladimir Putin with the words: "We're Tired of United Russia -- What About You?". Police immediately swooped on the activists from the anti-Putin movement called "We," arresting its leader, Roman Dobrokhotov, and two other people while four activists who took part in the demonstration were chased by police through Red Square and escaped, an AFP photographer saw. The demonstration took place as United Russia -- the party that commands an absolute majority in the Russian parliament and whose central political platform is to support Putin -- held a congress in the Siberian city of Krasnoyarsk.
