Massimo Ingrosso (R) inspects the complete mechanism of a robot at a Leonardo Da Vinci exhibition in Melbourne on October 28, 2009 titled 'Anatomy to Robots', a world premiere where Da Vinci's drawings are brought to life, faithfully recreated from his drawings. The exhibition features meticulously created life-size models from Da Vincis drawings of anatomical body parts and corpses - including human foetus in utero, the brain, the skeleton, the female reproductive organs, limbs, muscles and tendons and dissected corpses. Leonardo Da Vinci, acclaimed as the greatest artist of all time, dedicated himself with passion to the study of nature gaining fundamental knowledge in anatomy, biology, physics and mechanics in a way that was revolutionary at the time.
