Jazmine prepares a coffee in a "Cafe con Piernas" (cafe with legs), in downtown Santiago, on February 14, 2008. These establishments have sprouted around the Chilean capital employing about 1000 women, both local and foreign, where all kinds of clients drink coffee and chat with scantily clad waitresses. It has become increasingly more common for these women to resort to plastic surgery to find employment, at times even encouraged by the very owners of the cafes who often have arrangements with clinics for their girls to be operated.
