(Original Caption) Jackie Coogan Goes to Court. Jackie was not in court for speeding. But because Jackie's "Pa" and "Ma" applied for guardianship papers in order to protect the famous seven year old star in the event of their demise and to quiet malicious gossip regarding the manner in which they are spending Jackie's money. This is the first time in court history, so far as known, when both parents appeared together and in unison asked for guardianship papers.
