Duncan pleaded guilty to obstruction of justice charges and agreed to cooperate with prosecutors in the probe against the audit firm. The plea agreement sets the stage for Duncan to be the star witness against his former employer, which has been indicted as a company for destroying key documents and e-mails about Enron Corp. Duncan was fired by Andersen following the disclosure that the firm began shredding Enron documents as a federal probe was being opened.
