DENVER, CO - JANUARY: Chocolatier Phil Simonson makes by hand these salted caramel truffles at Chocolate Lab on February 7, 2018 in Denver, Colorado. Simonson has created a unique chocolate shop that offers a variety of chocolates mixed with both savory and sweet and unexpected ingredients. He and his partner are the only two that know the ingredients of his delicious ganache filling found in all of his truffles. Some of the unique offerings found at Chocolate Lab include Black Garlic Meringue, Beet Meringue, Graham Cracker porter chocolate covered marshmallows, Whisky Potato Chip Marshmallows,milk chocolate marshmallows, blood orange pink peppercorn marshmallows, Pepper & Black Hawaiian salt bark, Cinnamon & Pequin Chili Bark, mushroom orange bark, tomato basil bark,Raspberry Urfa Chili bark and Roasted Garlic Caramels.
