A piece of concrete shattered the windshield and hit him in the head. Collins, 22, from Sheffield, was based in Aldershot and was serving with the 9 Parachute Squadron Royal Engineers as part of Task Force Harvest, the NATO operation to collect weapons from the rebel ethnic Albanian National Liberation Army.
