MFA reopens its Arts of Japan galleries after six years of closure
Boston, MA - May 11: Buddhist monks who flew from Japan pray inside the MFA's Buddhist temple before the Buddha Dainichi, the Buddha of Infinite Illumination. A rededication ceremony was held Saturday at the Museum of Fine Art's, Arts of Japan galleries and Buddhist Temple after almost six years of renewal and refurbishment of the collections including the Buddhas.
