Severe Thunderstorm in Jackson, IL

A severe thunderstorm warning was issued for Jackson County, Illinois, including the city of Murphysboro. The National Weather Service reported the storm moving northeast at 65 mph with potential hazards including 60 mph wind gusts and quarter-sized hail.
