Congressman Gaetz press statement on need for second special counsel

Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz asks at a press conference on introducing a resolution to appoint a second special counsel what the standard is for appointment at the department of justice with Rod Rosenstein appointing a special counsel to investigate the president based on a slow boil suspicion of Carter page, a dossier paid for by the DNC and the Hillary Clinton campaign, that Rosenstein appointed Miller as the replacement for James Comey not 24 hours later but the factual basis seemed much stronger. Gatez calls on Speaker Ryan to put the resolution on the floor so the full House of Representatives could answer the question about the legitimacy and need for second special counsel for what he perceives to be very serious crimes and improprieties at the FBI and Department of Justice.
