David Cameron visit: Q&A at Qatar University; Cameron answering questions from audience members SOT- On Iraq and Afghanistan / don't accept that what has happened in Afghanistan is an excuse for terrorism / Afghanistan when run by Taliban provided a home for Al Qaeda / terrorism all over the world / decision to get rid of the Taliban and give Afghanistan a chance of some democracy and some stability - should be welcomed by everyone including muslims / Afghanistan is an Islamic republic run by a Muslim President / don't want Afghanistan to be a home for terrorism / want Afghanistan to be run by the Afghan people, don't want to have some kind of colonial presence there / Afghanistan to decide its own future as democratic, Islamic country / the same applies in Iraq - we want that country to be run by Iraqis / what Saddam Hussein did in Iraq / this is not some exercise in neo-colonialism / the argument that these things are an attack on Muslims is so wrong / we are fighting with Muslims in Afghanistan to try and secure that country from terror / the majority victim of the Taliban is other Muslims / thanks peopleCameron away
