A man, who did not want to be identified, says he was once a neighbor of Juanita Kinzie and that he found highly personal documents that belonged to her in a plastic bag in the alley behind where he lives. The documents included birth certificates, death certificates and social security cards. He said he tried to send them by mail to Kinzie but they were returned to him. The 24-year-old mother, Kinzie was charged with first-degree murder in the death of her 3-year-old son, Caleb Pacheco, and appeared in court Monday night. She is being held without bond in the Logan County Detention Center in Sterling. Caleb's decomposed body was found underneath a mobile home in Sterling on Sunday. Helen H.
