Bloomington, MN. 9/23/99. Detail of the head of a stuffed bluebill duck. Story is on the decline of the bluebill population, which has caused Fish and Wildlife Service to reduce bag limits this fall. We're looking for a shot of a bluebill, possibly coming at you, that we can blow up and play 5 columns as main art for next wednesday's outdoors page. The idea is to drop out the background. Ray has 5 birds on his wall, all in flight.
