Amritsar, INDIA: An Indian army bagpiper performs as he stands in front of a garlanded statue of freedom fighter Subash Chandra Bose in Amritsar,23 January 2006, during celebrations for his 109th birth anniversary. Bose known as Netaji, was a leader of the movement to free India from Birtish rule and commanded the Indian National Army which fought alongside Japanese forces in the Malayan peninsula in World War Two.
