Tina Ro (along with her husband Paul Ro) is owner of Puppy Love, a pet store in La Mirada that was hit again as some of the dogs were stolen. In early November, a thief stole 22 puppies valued in the thousands of dollars. They were hit again yesterday: a videotape showed a man putting teacup terrriers, ShihTsus, Chihuahuas and other small dog breed in a trash bag. In this photo, she holds 2 black yorkshire schnauzers, one of which was sold on Friday. (Photo by Gary Friedman/Los Angeles Times via Getty Images)
