Spiritual leader of the Nazareth Baptist Church Mduduzi Shembe leads over 50,000 followers of the Nazareth Baptist Church, also known as the Shembe Church leave their church in Ebuhleni, 45kms, north of Durban, for a three-day walk to reach the Canaan Holy Mountain in Ndwedwe on January 3, 2016.
The devotees climb the mountain to attend the first sermon as part of their annual pilgrimage. The church was founded in 1913 and is one of the largest African traditionalist church in Africa.
