People stage a protest in support of the IUS SOLI law pro citizenship for children of migrants, outside the Italian Parliament on 13 October 2017 in Rome, Italy. Currently, foreigners born in Italy can seek citizenship only when they turn 18 and if they have lived in the country since birth.
