GENEVA, SWITZERLAND: Canadian Louise Arbour, the new UN high commissioner for human rights speaks with journalists 02 July 2004 in Geneva. Arbour who took up the post 01 July after leaving Canada's Supreme Court was nominated in February to replace Brazilian Sergio Vieira de Mello, who was killed when a truck-bomb exploded 19 August 2003 at UN headquarters in Baghdad.
