Mangrove habitat, Old Town, Ko Lanta, Thailand at dusk - stock video

This is a unique rare Mangrove ecosystem on the east coast of Krabi, Thailand. Here the tide rises over Mangrove trees twice daily. Mangrove habitats contain many endangered species trees and animals. Mangrove forests capture five times more carbon that any other tropical forest. Destruction of these habitats therefore hugely contributes to increasing carbon emissions and climate change. Here we see a wide angle, establishing shot. The location is Old Town, Ko Lanta, Krabi province, Thailand. Footage taken using Huawei P20 pro mobile phone.
