EXT MS Defense Attorney Mickey Sherman comments on Michael Skakel's sentence. Michael Skakel is a cousin of the Kennedy family and murdered Martha Moxley back in 1975. Mickey Sherman states, "Sentenced twenty years to life, what do I think of the sentence. Sentence is a fair sentence is if Michael Skakel committed the crime. Our problem, my problem, and Michael's problem is that he did not commit this crime. May be a fair sentence, but it is the wrong sentence there should not be a sentence."
