Zebra Migration Crossing the Mara River - stock photo
As part of their annual migration, wildebeest make frequent crossings of the Mara River in search of fresh grazing grounds. Zebras also join in this migration. This particular crossing included a very steep and narrow decline and the wildebeest were forced to make dramatic leaps. Luckily for the animals, there were no crocodiles in this part of the river at Masai Mara, Kenya
