An Asclepiad species in the dogbane family. It's native to Eastern Asia and Australia. A common houseplant, has scented flowers and waxy foliage. Typically flowers are pink and star-shaped. Flowers are covered with tiny hairs and produce excess nectar that drips from the flowers. They are evergreen perennials.
