Howard Cosell, N.Y.C., sportscaster, ABC: "In general I admire outspoken people because I respect honesty and feel that there is a dismaying lack of it in our present day society. However, I do resent people who are outspoken in their social relations for the sake of being cruel. There is a difference between forthrightness and unnecessary frankness that hurts."
