AUG 14:A United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket lifts into the early morning sky from launch pad 41 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida. The 197-foot tall rocket is carrying the first of a new generation of Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AHEF) communications satellites for the United States Government.
