In this photograph taken on December 2, 2015, student Waheed Anjum, who survived the Peshawar school massacre of December 16, 2014, the deadliest terror attack in Pakistan's history, uses a laptop at his home in Peshawar. Waheed Anjum, 18, received three bullets during the attack -- one in each arm and one in the chest. His numerous operations around the country meant he was out of school for six months -- an enforced abscence that he says affected his final year grades. As they prepare to mark the first anniversary of a siege that unified the country as never before in its more than decade-long battle against Islamist insurgents, the students, teachers and other staff say it must never be forgotten. More than 150 lives were lost in the Peshawar school massacre of December 16, 2014, the deadliest extremist attack in Pakistan's history.
