1 May 1994: The Medical team surrounds Williams Renault driver Ayrton Senna of Brazil after Senna crashes during the San Marino Grand Prix at the Imola circuit in San Marino. Senna suffered a fatal accident when the steering column apparently sheared leaving the Brazilian helpless as his car speared into the concrete wall at the Tamburello corner.
