Ester Garcia, Lawyer For Dani Alves' Victim, Appears Before The Press

The Barcelona Court of Appeal has sentenced the footballer to four and a half years in prison for sexually assaulting a young woman in a toilet of the Sutton nightclub on December 30, 2022. The sentence has been handed down applying the first version of the 'only yes is yes' law, prior to the reform that toughened the penalties by raising the minimum number of years in prison for this crime.
