HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL - JUNE 21: The headquarters of Sears Holding Corporation rises above the trees on the company’s corporate campus on June 21, 2011 in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. Sears is considering moving the 2.4 million square feet corporate headquarters and the 6,200 employees that work there out of the state of Illinois after the state increased the corporate tax rate from 4.8 to 7 percent in January.
