QIDONG, CHINA - DECEMBER 20: The fourth-generation offshore jack-up "Voltaire" (N966), the world's first 3,200-ton self-elevating and self-propelled vessel designed for the installation of wind turbines, sets sail from a shipyard of COSCO SHIPPING (Qidong) Offshore Co.,Ltd, a subsidiary of COSCO SHIPPING Heavy Industry, after being delivered to the Belgian marine contractor Jan De Nul Group on December 20, 2022 in Qidong, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province of China.
