At 38, Gruden is the youngest coach in the NFL and has agreed to a five-year 17.5 million USD deal. The deal includes the Oakland Raiders receiving Tampa Bay's first and second round draft picks in April, a first round pick in 2003 and a second round pick in 2004, Also the Bucs will pay the Raiders 8 million USD over a three-year period.
