US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton addresses a press conference on August 5, 2009, flanked by Kenyan Foreign Affairs Minister Moses Wetangula (R) on the sidelines of the 8th AGOA (Africa Growth Opportunities Act Forum) in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi.
