DDR - Wende - Circus Sarrasani zurück in Dresden
(GERMANY OUT) Sarrasani-Direktor Fritz Mey, aufgenommen im Mai 1990 am Königin-Carola-Platz in Dresden, wo früher das Ende 1912 eingeweihte "Circus-Theater der 5000" stand, welches den Luftangriffen auf Dresden 1945 im Zweiten Weltkrieg zum Opfer fiel. Der Circus Sarrasani spielt nun zum ersten Mal nach 45 Jahren wieder in Dresden. Mey leitet mit seiner Lebensgefährtin Ingrid Stosch-Sarrasani das traditionsreiche Zirkus-Unternehmen. Er starb 1993.
