The Salvation Army hosts it's annual community Thanksgiving meal.
DENVER, CO - NOVEMBER 23 - Plates of Thanksgiving day dinner wait to be served inside Exhibit Hall B at the Colorado Convention Center on November 23, 2017 in Denver, Colorado. The feast was sponsored by The Salvation Army as it continues its annual tradition of hosting Denvers Community Thanksgiving Meal. Over 150 volunteers helped to serve over 7,000 pounds of food to the homeless and needy. All of the food was donated by King Soopers and City Market. The warm traditional meal consisted of roasted turkey, mashed potatoes, string beans accompanied, rolls and delicious pies.
