Mars Jupiter Conjunction
Planets Mars and Jupiter are seen in conjunction in the sky above L'Aquila, Italy, on August 14th, 2024. Jupiter satellites, well known as "Jupiter Moons", are visible next to the planet. Mars and Jupiter met on the night between August 13 and 14 in the constellation of Taurus. The Gas Giant and the Red Planet created a spectacular close conjunction perfectly visible to the naked eye.
