Nobel Prize for Literature winner from Colombia Gabriel Garcia Marquez(R) raises the arm of another Nobel literature laureate Jose Saramago(L) of Portugal 01 January in Santiago de Cuba, some 900 kms east of Havana, during the commemoration of the 40 anniversary of the Cuban revolution. Cuban President Fidel Castro, 72, attacked believers in global free-market economics in a speech, which he delivered from the same city hall balcony where he proclaimed victory in 1959 over the soldiers of former dictator Fulgencio Batista.
