Boy Pilots Rocket Ship Wheel
(Original Caption) 3/1/1954-Minneapolis, Minnesota- A small boy's dream of piloting a rocket ship through outer space comes as nearly true as modern science can make it for plastic-helmeted Johnny Bower, 7. He is adjusting ultra-advanced flight controls at the Minneapolis Honeywell's aeronautical engineering laboratory in Minneapolis. Johnny got this "big break" when the company invited him and other young sons of technical employees to visit the plant and see what their dads were doing.
