AC Milan's English midfielder David Beckham leaves his hotel on March 15, 2010 in Milan. Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti insisted Monday that former England captain David Beckham can recover from the devastating injury that wrecked his World Cup dream. Beckham, 34, ruptured his Achilles tendon during AC Milan's victory against Chievo Verona on Sunday and has flown to Finland for surgery which is expected to keep him out of action for between five and eight months.
